 My name is Chakeesha Black Affectionately known as "Keesha". I am a licensed & insured caterer. I have been cooking for over 20 plus years & catering for 14 years. I've always had a passion & gift for cooking! Cooking is where I find peace & that helps me to perfect whatever I'm preparing. Though soul food is my area of expertise, I prepare anything from hot dishes, to hoagies & subs, a variety of salads and fruit & veggie trays to name a few. I'm always in the "cooking lab" brainstorming & trying new recipes. While I believe I was truly born to cook, I have my grandmother's & mother to thank for allowing me to look over their shoulders while they each "cooked with love!" My late grandmother's have always instilled in me that "I have blessed hands!" All of the above inspired me to go from "cook to caterer!"
